Description

•Organize and supervise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the Company. In charge of all of the MD’s needs: appointments, meetings, schedule, etc. •Dealing with post and emails and Monitor phone calls and Control correspondences •Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date . •Responsible for typing all the required forms, letters, correspondence letters both external and internal. •Handling and coordinating daily secretarial and administrative activities •Handling correspondences and communication also schedule and manage appointments and meetings. •Handling with quotations from various Suppliers and initiate the purchase process, also Arrange and follow shipments
