Description

Job Summary: - Communicating with our customers (Editors-in-Chief, Editors, reviewers and authors) and responding to their inquiries. - Managing the timeframe of the editorial workflow at all stages - Assuring that editorial policies are followed by all users. - Managing the internal process of accepted manuscripts (handling materials provided, galley proofs sent, checking invoices processed, following-up payments) - Coordinating with other departments (IT, Production, and FMD)

Qualifications

Requirements: 1- Bachelor s degree in any field, scientific background is preferred (pharmacy, medicine, engineering, etc). 2- Excellent command of both written and spoken English. 3- 0-1 years of general experience. 4- Very good PC skills. 5- Accurate, hard worker, attentive to details, cooperative and team player, has good communication skills, highly organized, problem solver, has time management skills and able to plan and prioritize work.
