Description

The sales representative is responsible to do all that is necessary to convert prospects into sales. The following are expected performance guidelines: 1. Be present at all sales meetings in a timely manner. 2. Be dressed and groomed professionally. Men must be shaved with a shirt and tie. Women must wear appropriate office attire. 3. Sales representatives are to adhere to the highest level of ethics, integrity and honesty when presenting the company s product to prospective customers. Dishonesty will not be tolerated. 4. Maintain company materials in an orderly, professional manner. 5. Be present for all training sessions that are required. 6. Make optimal use of time during working hours. 7. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made 8. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. 9. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. 10. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. 11. Follow-up for collection of payment. 12. Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.

Qualifications

1. 4-5 years of sales experience in the field. 2. Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management. 3. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. 4.
