1.Troubleshoots users' problems (OS, Applications, Hardware, and Network). 2.Executes gradually-applied procedures. 3.Re-installs the OS or upgrades the hard disk of some user occasionally. 4.Requests supplies or deals with vendors occasionally. 5.Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.


1.Deep knowledge of Windows Operating System, knowledge of hard desk management tools, Anti-Spyware, Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, LAN  IM, Ethernet cabling and cabling equipment is preferable. 2.Accuracy, alertness and precession when dealing with: hardware, software or data. 3.Needs excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting problems. 4.Ability to plan and prioritize work. 5-MCSA, MCSE, A+ Certificates.
