Description

1. Organizing a wide range of training activities. 2. Coordinating training needs with assigned departments. 3. Coordinating out-house training programs with different training providers. 4. Organizing, and coordinating in house training programs. 5. Implementing the annual training plan according to both departments training needs and individual needs within the annual training budget set for each year. 6. Updating training documents, HR documents, and records to keep current with the ISO standards. 7. Assisting with maintaining testing evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training. 8. Preparing periodical reports about training activities and suggested training plans with the HR Manager. 9. Contacting the IMC to finalize all the paper work to implement the training plan, and finalize the payment procedures. 10. Data entry for candidates (names, test score, sources& etc). 11. Updating the CVs data base. 12. Call applicants to schedule test appointments and interviews as assigned.

Qualifications

1. 1 year of work-related skills, knowledge, or experience. 2. Very good communicator, and presenter.
