" Responsible for the management of all retail activities to achieve income and profit targets, while maintaining the operation costs within the allocated budget and preventing the probable losses of merchandises and cash.
" Conducting store regular visits to ensure that all stores are efficiently and effectively managed and regularly maintained and that 2B values, policies and manuals are properly implemented.
" Responsible for the stuffing, training, coaching, developing and motivating of 2B retail team to ensure that all of the team members are encouraged to maximize their capability and contribution
" Participate in preparing the annual budget of 2B retail channel.
" Performs on-going in-depth analysis of sales, profit, operational efficiency and effectiveness among other key performance measures in order to suggest and implement continuous improvement projects for the retail operations, then document them through updating the retail operation manual.
" Understand the changing Egyptian retail landscape in order to take advantage of new opportunities and plans for new store openings in conjunction with other executives.
" Working with contractors, to ensure new stores fitting and existing store refits are carried out in accordance to 2B standards and gridlines while meeting relevant time schedules.
