Required for Geniuses record agent in Egypt located at Nasr City
1- Business Development manager
• Maximize Commercial Sales revenue in assigned territory.
• Achieve Company and individual targets and objectives.
• Develop Commercial Sponsorship strategy and plan to achieve it.
• Create Sponsorship packages and proposals.
• Identify Sponsors for the events and activations.
• On a daily basis review and qualify territory leads from all available sources.
• Research leads and clients to clearly establish needs and sales potential.
• Design and create creative and innovative ideas (with the support teams in Dubai & London) that relate to the clients and propose it to them.
• As directed by Manager, organize joint or solo meetings/follow up calls with clients.
• Respond to client queries and requests fully, clearly and in a timely manner and clearly document lead progression. • Liaise with potential customers, process documentation, contracts and record information from first contact to post event account management.
• Build and develop long lasting relationships with clients.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining sales and client information, analyzing information on an ongoing basis and reporting on KPI’s.
• Attend and actively contribute to all relevant internal meetings and regularly report on progress from assigned territory.
• At least 3-5 years experience within Account Management / Sponsorship role in Egypt.
• Is fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience of selling creative services and sponsorships (along with trademark and licensing would be ideal).
• Experience working with agencies
• CRM experience.
